I plug in a usb connection into a vista computer and the printer i am using is a HP photosmart 7350 series printer. HP says change the driver to the deskjet 5550 and it will work. Where ihp printer drivers vistas that option to acutally see the list of printer drivers in vista and how do I change the usb printer from a photosmart 7350 to a deskjet 5550 printer?
Control panel printers add printer. shp printer drivers vistaooner or later it will ask if you have disk or want to use a driver you already have pick find driver and it will give you a list of what you already have installed.
